ThumbnailThis episode was a lot of fun, but it did take a lot of editing. The big beers we sampled had the effect of breaking our concentration at times and I know that I (Jason) lost my train of thought of a few times. But in the end, things turned out OK. In Episode 13 we talk a bit about scoring beer by the numbers scale of 0 to 50 points which is used on the BJCP scoresheet. For our style and taste along, we drink some Avery Hog Heaven which is an American Barleywine. Then we finish out with a discussion on fermentation temperature. Enjoy!
